How to create templates from preloaded templates?
Creating templates from predefined templates with Atom is very easy, allowing you to save time. Learn how in this article:
Enter the Templates submodule
Select the module Configurations > Messaging > Templates
Select the channel where you want to create the template (if you have more than one channel).
On the new screen, click the "Create" button located in the upper right corner:
Then select the "Preloaded" templates option
In the next section, you must complete the information for the template you want to formulate. The key data is the Industry and the category. After selecting them, you can choose one of the suggested preloaded templates. If you agree, you must click on Use Template.
Next, you must assign it a name, select the group, category, and corresponding language.
Once satisfied, click Create and you're done!
IMPORTANT:
Remember that you have the Preview button, which if you slide it, you can preview how your content would look before being sent. To return to editable mode, simply click back on the template you were editing or slide the control.
