"My Company" Settings in Atom: Complete Guide
Through the My Company submodule, you can configure and edit general information about your company in Atom.
To access the My Company submodule, follow the steps below:
Select the Settings > Platform > My Company module
Click on the Settings option
Through this submodule you can:
Edit your company information: company name, time zone, and currency type.
Make security settings: allowed IP addresses, minimum password size for Atom users, and view/generate API Token to use in Atom APIs.
Configure login: 2-Step Verification (2FA) and alternate login.
Configure out of hours: allows you to add hours and business days in addition to the ability to assign agents to conversations that occur outside of active hours.
