Duplicate
Duplicate
Through this function, you can duplicate an existing flow. To do this, you must choose the name of the new flow and the channel on which you want to duplicate it (if it has more than one):
Simulate a Flow
Before publishing the flow and proceeding with sending mass campaigns, you can test its operation through a simulation so that you can correct and/or modify the flow according to your needs.
To start the simulation, you must complete a phone number for the tests.
You must also complete the information fields that the initial template has.
Once the simulation starts, if the template submission was successful, its borders will change to green.
The simulation screen has a log area that reflects the interaction between the bot that executes the flow and the person who answers from the destination phone.
As you progress through the execution process, the involved components of the corresponding branch are colored.
If your flow contains errors or is incomplete, a box will appear telling you what they are and how to solve them:
Flow simulation through webhooks
If your flow is created from a Webhook, you can also perform the simulation. It will look like this:
Remember that you can send flows through webhooks that allow the interconnection between your CRM and Atom.
For this, an authentication is necessary, as a security measure, through an API token which can be created in the My company module as follows:
Select the module of Configurations > My company > Configurations
In the security settings, you can generate the API Token to send a flow through Webhooks.
Keep in mind that only users with the Administrator role can access the Configurations - My Company module and generate or view the API Token.
Important:
Remember that it is normal that when simulating a flow, a conversation is not generated.
Publish a flow
If your flow is correct and has all the information fields, when you click publish, a box will appear to configure the flow time in hours, and that's it! your flow will be published
Deactivate a flow
When selecting the option to deactivate your flow, a confirmation box will appear, you just have to confirm in the "Deactivate" option and that's it.
