Why doesn't a template that has already been approved for sending appear?

If you have already created a template and it does not appear for your advisors to use, make sure to check that the group to which your advisors belong is selected.

To do this go to:

  • Settings

  • Messaging

  • Templates

  • Select the number under which the template was created

  • Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the template

  • Go to the Select groups option

  • Verify that it is selected.

If it still doesn't appear, contact support.
