How to verify my Business Manager?
Facebook Business Manager verification must be completed if you want unrestricted access to WhatsApp features. For this, you must complete the Verification within the Facebook Business Manager.
During this process, META will check the following points:
Authenticity: Validate that the business is legally constituted.
Association: Identify a direct relationship between the applicant and the business.
1. Go to your Business Manager https://business.facebook.com/
2. Make sure you complete all the information requested in the "Business Information" section.
This data cannot be empty or the verification will not be completed. It is important to keep the following considerations in mind:
Name: It is the legal name of the business, as it appears in the legal documentation.
Address: Must be the legal address where the business operates. META will request a legal document where the address can be validated.
Website: You must have a website (functional) as well as an email with the company domain to request business verification.
If the box is not enabled, you must start by activating the number you will use in WhatsApp to enable the button and continue with the verification, contact our team to help you with the activation.
3.1 Follow the step by step to complete the verification.
Confirm that the registered information matches the same information that was previously registered in "business information."
Select the contact method: The most recommended and easiest option is to obtain it by email. You must use an email with the same domain as your website, for example, if the page you registered in the business information is www.atomchat.io, the email you are going to use must be with the @atomchat.io domain.
3.2 Attach the documents that allow META to validate the legal information of your business (name, address, telephone), this must coincide with the information uploaded previously. This will allow the verification to be much more agile.
