How to block clients in Atom: Step-by-step guide

You can block a client directly in the open conversation, or in the clients module.

Utility:

With this functionality you can block those clients who express the desire not to receive notifications from campaigns or also in those cases where there is inappropriate or aggressive behavior towards the agent who is serving them.

Important:

💡 KEEP IN MIND THAT: When a client has been blocked, it will not appear in searches or conversations.

Step by step to block a client in the Clients Module

You can block a client with these simple steps:

  • Enter the Clients Module.

  • Select the client you want to block.

  • Click on the Block Client button.

  • In the new window that opens, select the reason for the block.

  • Click on the Block button.

Once the blocking process is finished, said client disappears from the Clients Module view and appears in the Blocked Clients Module. The blocking process may take a few seconds.

Keep in mind:

If a blocked client belongs to a destination list of a campaign, when it is executed, it will show a failed result detailing that the client is blocked and therefore does not receive the message.
