Getting to Know the Blocked Customers Module in Atom
What is the blocked customers module and how do I access it?
This module groups all those customers who were blocked for some particular reason.
Only users with Administrator and Supervisor roles can access this module.
Access the Blocked Customers module through the left side menu.
Filter bar
This bar includes the following options:
Filters by:Block Date. It has the following options: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last 15 days and Personalized.Channels: you can currently filter by email, facebook, instagram, plugin-web, telegram, twitter, whatsapp.

Unblock Customers
You can choose one or more customers to unblock. To do this, follow these steps:
Select one or more customers to unblock.
Click on theUnblock customersbutton.
Confirm the unblocking of the customers in the pop-up message, by clicking on theUnblock customersbutton.
The unblocking process takes a few moments. Once the process is finished, the customer disappears from the view of the Blocked Customers Module and appears in the Customers Module.
