How to Create a Conversation Manually?

Save time creating new conversations, without having to add them from the Customers module.

Step by step:

  • In the Conversations Module, click on the "Create Conversation" button, located in the lower left part of the Conversations module.

  • Complete the form with the customer's information and select the message template you want to send them.

  • Select the agent to whom you will assign this conversation.

  • You can add extra information, such as information fields and tags.

  • Once you have all the necessary information, click on the "Send" button.

⚠️ Important:

Only users with the roles of Administrator and Supervisor can make such assignment and it only applies to new clients who are not registered in Atom.
