How to integrate Ads Manager and Commerce Manager

🔗 How to integrate Meta in Atom


This integration allows you to connect and manage different Ads Manager and Commerce Manager accounts from one place, making it easier to track your campaigns and catalogs.

🔒 Permissions: Only users with Administrator profile can perform this process.

⚙️ Steps to connect your accounts

  1. Go to the Settings > Platform > Integrations module.

  2. Look for the Meta integration card.

  3. Click on the three dots icon (⋮) and select Settings.

  4. On the new screen, you will see the options to connect Ads Manager. Click on the NEW ADS MANAGER button.

  5. Assign a name to identify this Business Manager within Atom (e.g., Global Campaign or External Agency) and press create.

  6. Go to the new Ads Manager you have created and press connect.

  7. A Facebook window will open. You must log in with the account you wish to connect.

  8. Select the advertising or commercial account you want to link with Atom.

Once the connection is complete, you will be able to view the Reports section, edit account settings, or access related Catalogs directly.

⚠️ Important: If in the future you decide to unlink your Facebook account, keep in mind that all catalogs you had associated will be lost.

💡 Technical note: When performing the integration for the first time, it is normal for the system to take a few seconds to synchronize and bring all information from Facebook.


​🔑 How to find your App Secret code


In case the configuration asks you for the "App Secret" (Application secret key) to validate the integration, follow these steps to obtain it:

  1. Go to the Facebook for Developers administrator and select the My Apps option.

  2. Click on the application you have enabled and want to integrate.

  3. In the left sidebar menu, select Settings and then Basic.

  4. Locate the field called App Secret. Click to reveal it and copy the alphanumeric code.

  5. Return to your Atom platform, paste the code in the corresponding box, and click Save.
