🎯 1. Create the Ad in Facebook Ads Manager

For Atom to identify exactly which advertising campaign your client is coming from, the first step is to correctly configure your ad on Meta. ​

Enter the Ads Manager from your Facebook account.

Click on Advertise and select the advertising objective Get more WhatsApp messages.

Configure the ad destination, making sure you have your WhatsApp line selected.

Customize the Predefined Message: This is the key step! Replace the generic text that Facebook provides with a unique keyword that's easy to track.

• Example: "Hi. Can I get more information about Atom's artificial intelligence?".

Complete the rest of your ad configuration: define the budget, your target audience, and the launch date.

🤖 2. Configure Atom to identify the source

Now you need to teach your Atom bot what to do when it receives that exact keyword coming from your ad. ​

In your Atom platform, go to Settings &gt; Platform &gt; Bots.

Select and edit the bot that is associated with your WhatsApp line.

Locate the first component of your flow, usually called Evaluate Response.

Add a new branch (condition) and configure it to evaluate whether the message body contains the exact keyword you defined in Meta.

From that new branch, customize your customer service flow:

• Apply saving components to add tags or classifications automatically (ex. "Lead - AI Campaign").

• Design specific responses for that product or activate automatic remarketing campaigns.

Finally, always remember to Save and Publish your bot changes so they activate live.
