Step by step
Go to the Create Flows area and select "Flows from scratch".
Choose the WhatsApp number for the flow and click Continue.
On the flow creation screen, select the appropriate trigger in the right panel:Template:Use a previously created WhatsApp template to start the flow.Webhook:Set up an event that connects the server application with the client.

Use the "Evaluate Response" component to define how the bot will react to client actions, such as clicks on buttons.

IMPORTANT: All flows have a duration defined by the times established in the response evaluators, plus 5 additional minutes to allow any bot action to complete before the flow ends. If the action occurs after this time, it will not be executed.
