🔗 What is a Webhook?
In simple terms, a webhook is an automated message that is sent from an application to an external system at the exact moment when a specific event or action occurs. It works as a real-time trigger that connects two platforms so they can share information without requiring manual intervention.
⚙️ What is the Webhooks section in Campaigns for?
Through this submodule, you can have total control over your integrations. Here you will be able to view a complete list of all active or inactive flows that use Webhooks as a trigger.
Additionally, you have the ability to organize and search information quickly by filtering your lists according to the following criteria:
👤 Creating user: Who configured the webhook.
🚥 Status: Whether the flow is active, inactive, or in draft.
🧩 Parameters: Search based on the data configured within the webhook.
📅 Publication date: When the flow was launched to production.

To keep the management of your automations up to date, each element in the list has an Actions column. By clicking there, you will be able to access the following operational options:
👁️ View flow: Allows you to view the complete structure of the flow in read format to review how it is configured.
📝 Manage: Gives you access to administer, edit, or adjust the configuration of your flow and its parameters.
📊 Sending status: Allows you to monitor performance, view metrics, or the history of messages processed and sent through that webhook.
🛑 Deactivate: Stops the execution of the flow immediately. This is very useful if you need to pause a campaign or temporarily stop communication with your external server.
