Atom Flow Simulation

Flow Simulation in Atom

In this article, we will explain the benefits of flow simulation, and how you can perform them for both campaign and conversational flows.

Flow simulation in Atom is a key tool for testing and optimizing both conversational bot flows and campaign flows before their implementation in a real environment. Thanks to this functionality, it is possible to detect errors, improve the user experience, and ensure that the flow meets its objectives without the need for live testing.

IMPORTANT:

  • Campaign flow simulation does not generate a real conversation within Atom.

  • Keep in mind that simulation will not work if you have a Whatsapp flow.

Below, it is detailed how to use the simulation in the two main cases within Atom: conversational flows and campaign flows.

Conversational Flow Simulation

To simulate a conversational flow that will bring your AI Agent to life, follow these steps:

  • Go to theBOTSsection and select the bot you want to test.

Types of Bot Simulation

  • Complete flow simulation: Allows you to test the bot from its start without needing to include data manually.

IMPORTANT: Bot simulation is performed only in the Web environment and does not generate a real conversation within Atom.

Campaign Flow Simulation

To simulate a campaign flow, follow these steps:

  • Go to theCampaigns > Flows section.
