Why can't a supervisor see all conversations in Atom?

Go to "User Management" and search for the name of the affected user.
Make sure their role is "Supervisor" and not "Administrator" or "Agent."

Compare conversation groups with assigned groups
Confirm that the conversations the supervisor cannot see belong to groups they are not assigned to.

An administrator can see all conversations, regardless of groups.
A supervisor can only see conversations from the groups they are assigned to.
This logic cannot be modified from the standard configuration panel.

María is only assigned to one group, so she can only see conversations from that group.
