Create HubSpot Companies, Deals, and Tickets in Atom
The integration between Atom and HubSpot allows the synchronization of CRM objects such as Companies and Deals.
To access this functionality, you must have previously integrated Atom with HubSpot.
Through the HubSpot information panel, visible in both the Conversations and Dashboard modules, you can create Companies and Deals that will be automatically synchronized with your HubSpot account previously integrated with Atom. Let's learn a little more about this panel.
HubSpot Information Panel
You can find this panel on the right side of the Atom screen when you select a conversation:
In this panel, you can find several components, starting with the contact's personal information, the contact link that takes you directly to HubSpot, the information fields you require, and the ability to create Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Notes.
Create a Company
To create aCompany, follow these steps:
Choose a conversation in the Conversations or Dashboard module.
Display the HubSpot information panel for that contact.
Click onCompaniesand then on theAddbutton.
Fill in the data.
In HubSpot, you can view the recently created Company.
Create Deal
To create aDeal, follow these steps:
Choose a conversation in the Conversations or Dashboard module.
Display the HubSpot information panel for that contact.
Click onDealsand then on theAddbutton.
Fill in the data.

Create Ticket
To create aTicket, follow these steps:
Choose a conversation in the Conversations or Dashboard module.
Display the HubSpot information panel for that contact.
Click onTicketsand then on theAddbutton.

You can create Tickets for existing contacts
By clicking on add ticket, you can select whether you want to create a new ticket or add an existing one. Then you just have to select the Ticket you want to connect with that contact.
Create Notes
You can create notes by clicking the Add button.
These will automatically appear in the HubSpot integration bar.
Priority assignment by owner
Select the moduleSettings > Platform > Integrations
Select the integration with HubSpot and click on the three dots.
Click on the "Settings" option.
Then access the Priority assignment by owner section
Important:The default owner must have a registered account to be able to make the change.
Then you must select the group(s) in which the owner of the contact assigned in HubSpot will have priority when assigning the conversation.
Add Existing Companies and Deals
You also have the possibility to add an existing company or deal to another Atom contact, new or old. To do this, just follow these steps:
Enter the conversation you want to synchronize
In the HubSpot panel, on the right side of the screen, click on the object you want to create (company, deals or tickets)
The creation form will open
Select the "Add existing" option
Choose the object you need.
