HubSpot Company, Deal, and Ticket Creation Forms
When integrating Atom and HubSpot, the properties of both platforms are synchronized. This includes those belonging to the Company, Deal, and Ticket objects. You have the possibility to modify the attributes of these properties, such as activating them or making them required.
Keep in mind that to import properties from HubSpot, you must have previously completed the integration in Atom and HubSpot.
To modify the properties of Companies, Deals, and Tickets that appear in the creation forms in the Conversations module, follow the steps below:
Access a conversation
In the right sidebar, in HubSpot, select Company, Deals, or Tickets as appropriate, and click Add
Select the Edit Form option
Choose the form and you can activate and/or turn some properties into a Required field. Click Save to fix the changes. After clicking the Save button, these properties will appear in the Company, Deal, or Ticket creation form as appropriate.
Properties with attributes in gray cannot be modified.
You have an interactive filter available to search for the property to which you want to modify one of its attributes (Active, Required).
