When integrating between Atom and HubSpot, the properties of both platforms are synchronized. This includes those belonging to the Companies, Deals, and Tickets objects. You have the possibility to modify the attributes of these properties, such as Activate or make Required any of them.
Keep in mind that to perform the import of HubSpot properties, you must have previously completed the integration between Atom and HubSpot.
To modify the properties of Companies, Deals, and Tickets that appear in the creation forms in the conversations module, follow the steps below:
Access a conversation.
In the right side panel, within the HubSpot section, select Company, Deal, or Tickets as appropriate and click Add.
Select the edit Form option.
Choose the form and you can activate and/or convert to Required field any property.
Click Save to fix the changes. After clicking the Save button, these properties will appear in the creation form for Company, Deal, or Ticket as appropriate.
Properties with attributes in gray color cannot be modified and you have an interactive filter available to search for the property you wish to modify any of its attributes (Active, Required).
