How and where do I configure Atom magic?

Atom Magic Activation
To enable Atom magic and use its full potential, you must go to Settings > Atom Magic > Preferences:
There you will find different sections that you can enable or disable:
Conversation summary: ideal for saving the agent time by summarizing the key points of the conversation.
Smart Suggestions: Provides effective messages appropriate to the conversation and when enabled, you must choose the tone of conversation that best suits the communication with your customers, which can be:FormalCasualBusinessYouthInspirationalEnthusiasticFunUrgent

Voice note to text transcriptions: saves agents time by allowing them to read a transcript of voice messages sent by their customers.
