Transcriptions of voice messages to text with the magic of Atom

When this functionality is enabled, every time a customer sends a voice message, Atom, with the support of Artificial Intelligence, will be able to transcribe the sent voice note to text.

When receiving a voice message, the transcribing status will appear, and then the text corresponding to the message will appear.

This allows the agents' focus not to be altered by the sending of voice messages and in this way, they can visualize the request of the voice message in a note, quickly, streamlining and improving the quality of their care.

Contextual bot responses to voice notes with the magic of Atom

When this functionality is enabled, every time a customer sends a voice message, the Atom bot, with the support of Artificial Intelligence, will be able to understand the context of the voice note and respond based on what the customer requested in the voice note.

If the customer requests an assignment to an agent, the bot can also do it.

Enabling the functionality:

To enable conversations with the magic of Atom, you must do so fromConfiguration >> Conversationsand there you must enable the options of the Magic of Atom in Conversation Summary and Suggestions. For the transcription of voice message to text, you must enable the option Transcribe voice notes to text. You can enable them separately, in case you want to try one option or another.

Once the options are enabled and the conditions previously mentioned in the important section are met, you will be able to visualize these functionalities.
