🚫 How to Deactivate Users in Atom?
To free up a user license that is no longer in use, follow the steps detailed below:
Access the Users Module, through the menu Settings > User Management > Users.
Identify the user you want to deactivate (to free up the license they are using) and click on the three dots (⋮) to Edit.
Click on the "Deactivate" option.
🔄 How to Re-Activate a User?
If you need to restore access to a team member, the process is equally straightforward:
Use the search bar within the Users module to find the inactive user.
Follow the same steps as above (click on the three dots (⋮) to Edit).
Click on the "Activate" option.
