How to Activate or Deactivate Users in Atom?
To release a user license, follow the steps detailed below:
Access theUser Module,through the menuConfiguration > User Management > Users
Identify the user you want to deactivate (to release the license they are occupying) and click on the 3 dots to Edit.
Click on the "Deactivate" option.
To Re-Activate a user, you can use the search bar within the User module and follow the same steps, theActivateoption will appear.
