Integrate your Salesforce account with Atom
To perform the integration process, you must have an active account in Salesforce.
The Administrator is the only one who has the necessary permissions to perform the integration process.
What can I do with Salesforce integration in Atom?
You can map the properties you have in Salesforce and also send data from Atom to Salesforce.

How to integrate with Salesforce?
To integrate Salesforce with AtomChat, follow the steps below:
Go to the Settings > Platform > Integrations module
Select the Salesforce channel
Click Connect
Then a pop-up will be displayed with details of the permissions required to perform the integration with Salesforce.
At this step, click Connect with Salesforce to continue.
A new tab will open where you must log in to your Salesforce account. Meanwhile, the connection status will appear as Connecting.
Finally, just wait a few seconds while AtomChat completes the connection process. After completion, on the integrations screen, you can see that the integration with Salesforce is already connected.
