What can I do with the Salesforce integration in Atom?

You will be able to map the properties you have in Salesforce, and you will be able to send data from Atom to Salesforce.

As shown in the image, you can map your Salesforce fields in Atom:

To integrate Salesforce into AtomChat, follow the steps detailed below:

Go to the Configurations &gt; Platform &gt; Integrations module

Next, a pop-up will appear detailing the permissions to carry out the integration with Salesforce.

There you must click on Connect with Salesforce to Continue.

Next, a new tab will open where you must log in to your Salesforce account. Meanwhile, the Connection status will be Connecting.

Then you just have to wait a few seconds while AtomChat finishes the connection process. Once completed, on the integrations screen you will see that your integration with Salesforce is already connected.

- Go to the Configurations &gt; Platform &gt; Integrations module
- Select the "Salesforce" channel.
- Click on Connect
- Next, a pop-up will appear detailing the permissions to carry out the integration with Salesforce.
- There you must click on Connect with Salesforce to Continue.
- Next, a new tab will open where you must log in to your Salesforce account. Meanwhile, the Connection status will be Connecting.
- Then you just have to wait a few seconds while AtomChat finishes the connection process. Once completed, on the integrations screen you will see that your integration with Salesforce is already connected.
