AI Assistance for Descriptions, Data Extraction, and Output Intentions

Optimize your Smarton setup time with our new Artificial Intelligence assistance. Learn to generate precise texts with best practices integrated in a single click. 🚀

🪄 Smart Writing with AI in Your Configuration

We know that writing descriptions and instructions from scratch for your virtual assistant can raise questions, and poorly worded text can confuse your bot. To solve this and reduce friction, we've integrated an AI-powered writing assistant directly into the key fields of your configuration.

With just a click on the magic wand button (✨), the system will help you generate or improve your texts by applying industry best practices, ensuring that your bot extracts and processes information reliably. If you're not happy with the result, you can always use the Undo button (↶) or edit the text manually.

📍 Where and How to Use This Tool?

The AI assistant is available in three critical areas of your platform. Here's how to get the most out of each one:

1. Smarton Description

The general description gives your bot context about what topics it knows and what it doesn't.

  • How to use it? When setting up a Generic Smarton, go to the "Smarton Description" field. Write a very brief idea (or leave it empty) and click ✨ Generate with AI.

  • The result: You'll get a thematic and concise summary (aligned to our scoring system).

💡 Note: This section describes the bot's domain (e.g., "Car Sales Assistant"), not how it should behave or its personality. If you don't like the first option, click again to Improve with AI.

2. Exit Intents (Flow Branches)

This is the area where AI provides the most technical value. Exit intents tell the bot when to route a customer to a specific flow.

  • How to use it? When creating a branch (e.g., "New Cars"), write a simple phrase in the User Intents box and press ✨ Improve with AI.

  • The Magic Behind: When you ask to improve the description of an intent, the AI takes into account the entire existing structure of your Smarton (your knowledge base and your other sibling intents).

This ensures it generates an ultra-specific prompt so that no intent overlaps with another. This way you avoid overlaps, premature exits, or the bot getting stuck not knowing which route to take.

3. Information Field Description

If you use Smartons to extract specific data from the conversation (such as a branch name, budget, or model), precision is everything.

  • How to use it? When creating a new Information Field in your FlowBuilder, fill in the name and data type. Then, click ✨ in the Field Description box.

  • The result: The AI will write an operational description with the ideal format for your bot to understand exactly what data it should "extract" from the customer's conversation, achieving much more reliable extraction.

🧠 Best Practices and Final Tips

  • You have final control: The AI delivers you an excellent draft with best practices already integrated, but you can always (and should) read and edit it as you like before saving.

  • Use AI to differentiate: If you notice your bot gets confused between two similar options (e.g., "Technical Support" vs. "Billing Support"), use the ✨ button on the exit intents of both options. The AI will help you write them so your bot notices the clear difference between them.

⚠️ Disclaimer: Why Is Adding These Descriptions Vital?

In modern AI-based systems (like Smartons), descriptions have stopped being simple "internal notes" for human use. These texts act as the context and direct instructions that the AI engine reads to operate correctly:

  • In the Smarton: It sets the bot's limits. If you don't define well what it's about, the bot won't know what topics it dominates and could try to answer things outside its scope (hallucinations) or reject valid questions.

  • In Exit Intents: It's the decision map. If intents don't have clear descriptions, the AI engine will have to "guess" which flow to send the customer to, causing routing errors.

  • In Information Fields: They are the extraction rules. Without a good description, the AI could confuse data from the conversation (for example, saving a product name in the field where the customer's name should go).

In summary: Spending a few seconds generating a good description with our AI ensures your bot is smarter, more precise, and more autonomous.

Make every word count! 🚀

Rely on the Artificial Intelligence button to write like an expert from day one. Configure clear descriptions, non-overlapping intents, and precise extraction fields to ensure your Smarton operates at peak capacity. ✅
