How to Create Tags in Atom?
Tags allow agents to identify and filter different records of customers they have served.
To create tags, follow the steps below:
Select the module Configurations > Conversations > Tags
Click the "Create Tag" button located in the upper right.
On the Add Tag screen, enter the name with which you will identify the tag you want to create.
Click the "Create" button.
