💬 What are Quick Replies?
Quick Replies are predefined messages that can be sent to customers almost instantaneously. These tools are available to agents directly in the conversations module, optimizing response time and standardizing company communication.
⚙️ Steps to create a quick reply
To add and configure new quick replies on your platform, follow the steps detailed below:
Access the side menu and go to the Settings > Messaging > Quick Replies module.
Click the "Create" button located in the top right corner of the screen.
In the Create Quick Reply screen, complete the following fields:
Category: It is the key name with which the quick reply will be identified internally.
Message: Corresponds to the text content you want to configure. By clicking on the box you can also attach additional files, such as an image, PDF, or video.
Groups: Allows you to select the support groups for which this quick reply will be available.
Add Parameters: Parameters replace dynamic data within the message when sent by the agent, giving it a personalized touch. You can use the following:
agent_name: Name of the agent assisting the customer.group_name: Name of the group assisting the customer.client_name: Name of the customer being assisted.company_name: Name of the company of the customer being assisted.email: Email address of the customer being assisted.
Once all requested information is completed, click the "Create" button.
