How to create quick replies: a practical guide

Quick Replies are predefined messages that can be sent to customers quickly. These are available to Agents in the conversations module.

To add quick replies, follow the steps detailed below:

  • Access the module Configurations > Messaging > Quick Replies

  • Click on the "Create" button located in the upper right part.

  • On the Create Quick Reply screen, complete the following fields:Category:This is the name by which the quick reply will be identified.Message:Corresponds to the content of the message you want to configure. By clicking on the box you can attach some type of file, whether image, PDF or video.Groups:Allows you to select the groups for which the quick reply will be available.Add Parameters:The parameters replace the data indicated within the Message when sent by the agent. Three types of parameters can be configured:agentname:Name of the agent serving the client.groupname:Name of the group serving the client.clientname:Name of the client being served.companyname:Name of the client's company being served.email: Mail of the client being served.

  • Category:This is the name by which the quick reply will be identified.

  • agent_name:Name of the agent serving the client.

  • group_name:Name of the group serving the client.

  • email: Mail of the client being served.

  • Once the requested information is completed, click on the "Create" button.
