How do I perform bulk typifications in Atom?

On many occasions, agents maintain crucial conversations with customers, but sometimes they forget to classify them. This oversight can have a significant impact on the effectiveness of monitoring and report generation, as unclassified conversations become difficult to locate and analyze later. This hinders decision-making and strategy optimization. The solution to this problem can be found in bulk typification, a tool that allows more effective monitoring and the generation of more accurate reports, ensuring that no conversation is left unclassified and that the efficiency of operations is maximized. Below, we explain how to do it.
How do I perform a bulk typification?
From theMonitoringmodule, when selecting more than one open conversation that is assigned to an agent, a side panel will be displayed, where we will have the option to classify conversations.
By clicking on the Classify conversations button, we can select the corresponding Typification, as shown below:
Once we select the typification corresponding to those conversations, we click onTypify, and it will be assigned to them.
Important: the legend will appear in the conversation, if it was classified massively, and by whom it was done.
