How to Intervene in Conversations if I am an Administrator or Supervisor?

The option to intervene is available only to administrators and supervisors in order to support the team when necessary.

⚠️ Important: Keep in mind that the conversation will not change ownership if you intervene, that is, the client will always see that they are talking to the same agent to whom the conversation was assigned.

Steps to intervene in a conversation:

  • Enter the conversation you want to intervene in

  • Click on the “Intervene” button located at the bottom of the screen, confirm again in the dialog box.

  • Ready, now you can write to your client in the same conversation.

Tip💡Maintain good communication with the advisor to avoid two people responding to a client at the same time.
