Surely when trying to create a user you will see this message:
This message means that the email exists in another Atom environment, that is, in another company.
Example:
Laura has 2 companies:
Makeup sales.
Accessories sales.
And her email is [email protected]. She initially acquired Atom with the makeup company, but then decided to acquire Atom for her accessory sales and requested to have a separate Atom environment.
She initially registered her email [email protected] in the makeup company, but when trying to use the same email in the Atom of the accessory company, she received that message.
And it is because that email already exists and is being used in another Atom.
What to do in these scenarios?
Currently you must request the support team to delete that user/email from the environment where it is currently registered.
The support team requests the development team to proceed with said deletion and once done, you can create a new user using that email in the new environment.
