To ensure the correct functioning and sending of your messages, Meta establishes certain rules regarding the weight and format of multimedia files. Before attaching a file, keep in mind the following general restrictions:

Access: Apps with standard access can only send messages to people who have a role in them.

Text Limit: Organic text messages must have a maximum length of 1,000 characters.

The maximum limit for sending voice notes and audio files is 16 MB.

Documents are the files that allow the highest weight capacity, with a maximum limit of 100 MB per submission.

To send images, you must ensure they are in 8-bit, RGB, or RGBA format. For stickers, the system only accepts images in WebP format.

The maximum weight limit for sending videos is 16 MB.

⚠️ Critical technical note: The system will only accept videos that use the H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec.
