How to Assign a Client to Another Agent in Atom?

To assign a client to another Agent, follow the steps detailed below:

  • Select the Clients module

  • Filter the client you want to assign to another Agent.

Remember that you can filter clients by:

  • The different platforms they have been contacted through.

  • The tags that have been placed on them.

  • The date the client was created.

  • The date the client information was updated.

Additionally, Supervisors and Administrators can also filter clients by each Agent involved in the support process.

  • Click the "Assign" button.

  • Select the Group and Agent to which you want to reassign the conversation. Remember that once the conversation is reassigned, you as an Agent will no longer have access to it.

  • Click the "Reassign" button.
