🌐 Proxy and Firewall Configuration: Allowed URLs (Whitelisting)
For AtomChat to function correctly and all its tools to operate smoothly, your company's network must allow traffic to certain critical domains. If your company uses a strict proxy server or firewall, you must add the following URLs to your exceptions list (whitelist).
📋 List of URLs and Blocking Impacts
Below are the required domains, their purpose, and what will fail on the platform if they remain blocked:
URLs to include in exceptions | Service description | Impact if blocked |
app.atomchat.io/ | AtomChat domains | No access to AtomChat platform. |
.cloudfunctions.net/ | AtomChat Data Backend | User information does not load and Bot pause does not occur. |
firebasestorage.googleapis.com | Google and Firebase Storage / Remote Config APIs | No access to data. Images and files from the Conversations Module do not load. |
app.powerbi.com/ | PowerBI and Looker services | AtomChat reporting and dashboards do not load. |
maps.gstatic.com/ | Google Maps | Location-type messages do not load. |
www.gstatic.com/ | Third-party libraries | User interfaces do not function correctly. |
cdn.mxpnl.com/ | Third-party library (Mixpanel) | Usage metrics needed to improve AtomChat are not obtained. |
Ensure a stable and uninterrupted connection! 🚀
We recommend sharing this list directly with your Networks, IT, or Cybersecurity department. By configuring these exceptions on your proxy server or firewall, you will ensure that your customer service team has smooth access to files, reports, and all of Atom's key features. ✅
